My First I Heart Macro "On The Job"

I have been wanting to do the I Heart Macro for a while now.  Today I had my camera with me, so I took it out and started taking picture of my work place.
This is our well used key board. The "E" gets used a lot.

One of the alarm computers that I monitor.  The green line is a real time card reader list.

Just two of the 162 camera views I monitor.

The radio panel.

Telephone key pad.

Radio log

The time sheet.

This is the Radio Room.  Since this picture was taken we have a couple of upgrades, new chairs, a new television, and a camera system upgrade.  Well there you have it, this is the place that occupies eight hours of my life forty hours a week.

Happy beading Y'all
Therese

  6. I don't know how you can still see on the front of your eyes and be able to do so beautiful jewelries after you stay a whole day with your eyes on a 162 monitors... I am dying after only one on my desk...

  7. Yep, my eyes would definitely be crossed after watching those monitors all day. So, does that make you not interested in tv at night? I have friends that answer the phone so much at work, that they unplug it when they get home! Love the macro of the "E" key!

  8. OMG! I think I would need lobsters eyes for all that - although it's a little like watching 4 boys at the park lol I have 911 on speed dial.

  9. LOL I have to laugh, at work my keyboard had hardly any letters on it at all! I guess my hand lotion wore them off. People would ask how I could type with no letters, I would tell them I can't type if I DO look at the letters!!

  10. Wow! That looks crazy complicated, almost like from another world. The first thing that came to mind, honestly, was NASA! XD

*hugs* Thank you for your support and comments, dear. :) You are so sweet!

  11. Therese, what a great idea, taking us to work with you! Now these are scenes that we surely do not see often. You sure monitor a LOT of screens! I agree, a lot of responsibility. Thanks for sharing your "other" life with us!
