This piece is a gift for a very nice Lady that is in a swap that I am participating in and I hope she does not see this post.

I hope that you enjoyed viewing my macro shots as much as I enjoyed taking them.  If you would like to see more macro shots go on over to Lori's blog at Studio Waterstone she is the host, and check them out.

BSBP Forum Bead Swap

On the Bead Soup Blog Party Forum, Lori Anderson, put together a mini bead swap.  Those of us that wanted to participate signed up and she paired us up with a partner just like in the big Bead Soup Blog Party.  My partner this time is Pat Haight from Alaska.  You can visit her blog The Wigglebutt Blog, she is very talented and has a great sense of humor.  Here is the very generous Bead Soup that she sent to me.

Pat decorated the box and the card is made using a photo that she took of the two young Moose.

When I opened the box this is what I saw (neater of course) I had a lot of fun opening each one of these little pouches of paper to see the treasures inside.

These are the items I found in the little white box tied with the purple ribbon.  All of these items were made by Pat.  Aren't the cute and pretty?

BTW - Chaos - 11/16/11

It has been a while since I have done a post on my bead table.  My table is a chaotic mess right now I am working on making a lot of pieces for my open house in December.

See I was not joking, but as messy as it looks I basically know where things are.

Right now I am working on this bracelet.  I put my bead mat on a big lid so I can sit it on my lap while I bead and listen to the television.

This is on the little table by my comfortable chair.

Well there you have it what I'm working on this Wednesday.  How about you, what are you working on this Wednesday?

Earrings

For the past three days I have been busy making earrings.  Here is just a few of what I have made.

I have made 5 sets of Angels and 5 sets of Snowmen.

Glass Pearl earrings or Mrs. Snowman earrings you decide!

The Polka-dot earrings from I Heart Macro yesterday

The pattern for these earrings can be found in the December 2011/January 2012 Beadwork magazine the name is Inspired by Faberge' designed by Alice Kharon.  They are easy and only take about 30 minutes to make using RAW.

I found the pattern for these earrings on line at the Bead & Button web site this pattern is Mosaic Medallions designed by Liz Stahl.  These earrings are fairly easy taking about an hour to make using RAW.

Well that is all for now, I sure hope my 3mm cube beads come in the mail today so I can finish the November Beading Babes Earthly Hues project.   What have y'all been up to lately?

Well it is that time of the week again, you got it I Heart Macro.  This Sunday I am doing polka-dots.  I have been busy making pieces for my open house in December and thought that I would do my I Heart Macro on a pair of earrings I made.

My friend Judy at Three Red Beads blog gifted me these two green polka-dotted beads and I knew as soon as I saw them that I was going to make earrings with them.

I hope you enjoyed viewing my I Heart Macro today and if you want to see what others are I Heart Macroing head on over to Lori's Studio Waterstone blog and check them out.

Pieces made with Vintage Beads of Europe

I opened an email today that was from Vente of Vintage Beads of Europe and she pleasantly reminded me about the beads that she sent and was wondering if I had made anything with them.  After reading this I said to myself OH $&*# cause I have been busy doing other project and forgot about the beads that she had sent.  So when I got home from work today I got busy and this is what I made.

When I first saw the emerald cut green bead and the pink oval beads I knew they were going to go together in a necklace.  The crystals, chain and other findings are from my stash.

I made nine eight pairs of earrings.

It was fun creating the necklace and earrings with the vintage beads.  I have a few more left that I will play with later.

Happy beading Y'all,
Therese

Beading Babes November project Earthly Hues

Well I started Earthly Hues that can be found in Beadworks April/May 2010 magazine.  Earthly Hues is a Carole Ohl design, that I have to admit gave me a little bit of a fit when I first started it, but then I woke up to what I was doing wrong and it has been smooth sailing since.  I discovered that I did not order enough of the 3mm cube beads.  So I had to place another order to Fusion Beads last night (darn I know right!). I ended up getting more beads cause I just couldn't make an order for 10g of 3mm cube beads and nothing else! I got some 3mm drop beads and some long megatama beads.

This isn't a very good picture, sorry.

Just getting started (after I realized what I was doing wrong that is)

It goes along pretty fast.

I felt sorry for the little bronze colored seed beads so I'm going to use them on two of the 12mm beads.

Well this is as far as I have gotten so far.  In the last picture you can see where I made little piles of the 3mm cube beads and found out that I did not have enough to finish the necklace. I will work on it until they are gone then go to something else until the others come in the mail.

Happy beading Y'all,
Therese
